i would avoid anything this realtor or reality agency tells you about this horrible spot on the globe. it's what their not telling you to beware of. like your property will devalue not value in any market and drunks fight in the streets and locals do their best to destroy business. but if your a drunk and have no ambition. then sign up for life! because once you get in you'll never get out.
